Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans

Frankic, Inc. provided a variety of project support services for the Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans:

  • Handled the property research into allowed setbacks and uses of vacant lots in the Holy Cross neighborhood of the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans.
  • Acquire the zoning variances from the Board of Zoning Adjustments to allow setbacks to match that of the historic fabric of the Holy Cross neighborhood.
  • Acquired City Planning Commission approval for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the Center for Sustainable Engagement and Development, a community owned and operated recourse center for the rebuilding of their devastated neighborhood.
