Wisznia Associates contacted Frankic, Inc to secure a time-sensitive building permit for its conversion of an historic 11 story office building located in New Orleans’ Central Business District into commercial space and apartments. When completed, the renovation of this 130,000 square foot National Register Historic building will provide 105 residential apartments to downtown New Orleans as well as a branch of Hancock Bank.
Frankic Inc joined the project team to secure a building permit necessary to meet the terms of the project financing. Frankic Inc secured the necessary permit in advance of the deadline.
