Working with Bodie Enterprises of Atlanta Georgia, Frankic Inc. provided project support for a major maintenance project at the Embassy Suites hotel in the warehouse district of New Orleans. Upgrades to the facility required the use of a five ton crane. This necessitated multiple, coordinated street closings in a busy area of the city.

Frankic Inc worked with the construction company, the New Orleans Department of Public Works, and the Taxicab Bureau to ensure a smooth work flow and minimal disruptions to the surrounding neighborhood. Unpredictable weather as well as unforeseen challenges necessitated a fluid updating of permits.
